About the chef
Chef Joe D’Agostino brings over 15 years of culinary experience, most recently serving as Executive Chef for Market Hospitality Group in Danbury, CT, where he developed menus for top restaurants across the NY-CT region. He has also held leadership roles at the Palisades Conference Center, Tarrytown House Estate, and several premier golf and country clubs.
A graduate of the International Culinary Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute), Joe earned his Grand Diploma in Classic Culinary Arts in 2013.
Outside the kitchen, Joe enjoys life with his wife and their seven rescue animals. He’s passionate about food, family, music, movies—and is a proud New York Yankees fan.
