Classic technique meets a modern point of view. Sip the Greenwich Sling, crafted with thyme-infused Rittenhouse Rye, or the bright and effervescent Atrium Spritz…best enjoyed beneath the glass atrium.
In a nod to the seasonal local bounty of our farms and growers, our menu tempts the palate with classics like a juicy New England lobster roll, pan-seared Atlantic sea bass, or a hearty Hofbräu-style sandwich of slow-roasted, farm-raised turkey. In the mood for a burger? Our wagyu brisket patty with maple slab bacon and Arethusa Farms gouda can’t be beat.
Weekends are made for brunch in the Garden Court. Settle in beneath the glass atrium for a leisurely à la carte menu of brunch favorites, signature dishes and cocktails made for lingering.
Start with a Smoked Salmon Bagel or Classic Shrimp Cocktail before moving on to the Croque Madame French Toast with Gruyère, ham and sunny-side egg, Buttermilk Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, or the BEC Burger layered with Wagyu brisket, smoked bacon and fried egg.
Pair it with a Townsend Bloody Mary, Espresso Martini or Garden Court Spritz and make a weekend of it.
